Jour 84 - Museum Mania

November 12th, Saturday

Since we recharged yesterday, we were prepared to be productive today! Our goal was to go to at least three musuems and eat lunch somewhere special :)

Good morning Chiara!

First stop: Musee d'Art Moderne de la ville de Paris. It's good that it's free entrance! :D

Here are some of the things I found interesting!

Wish my butt was this sexy! :)) :|

Even saw painters copying original paintings!

Do you see what I'm seeing? Clue: H_I_ :)))

The museum beside it is Palais du Tokyo. We didn't know it was under construction - we shouldn't have gone inside. UGH. I had to pay 3EUR to see a few pieces only =| @_@

Before leaving, we got this! :) <3

Before heading for lunch, we saw that there was a food market right beside the two museums. Chiara and Carlos wanted to check it out!

Instead of taking the metro, we decided to walk around so at the same time we could see Paris unfold in our very eyes :)

Our non-stop photos with the tower!

We passed by the Seine River and we saw a wedding photoshoot <3 Aaaaw, I love seeing weddings!

We finally got the Le Cocottes, the place where everything is served in hot pots!

The three of us got the cocotte du jour, which was lamb and potatoes! Heavennnnly! The dish had a hint of truffle and the size was just right! :)

For dessert, we all split the waffle with caramel and cream :)

We walked around the city again, on our way to another museum. I just had to take a picture of this! Look how Parisians park! :)) :|

For our third museum, we entered Musee du Quai Branly. This museum was very different from the rest because it focused on tribal/ancient things. And the area was divided into the different continents. Very interesting museum but it made Chiara and I dizzy cause there was just so much things to see. Haha!

We day was still young (even though it looks dark already) so we decided to take the Seine River cruise

We were originally sitting at the bar but Carlos said it would be better if we moved up, even though we'll be standing the whole time.

Hungry Carlos eating some more!

And we did the right thing! We could see Paris in a better view :)

These were some of the things we saw:

We couldn't end the day without a group picture with the tower <3

For dinner, we just wanted to stay home and cook! El chef, that's me pan fried patties! :)

My last day with Chiara and just needed to have a polaroid with her :)
xx
